This package has been ported to FREEBSD from SCO UNIX and is now ported for general business accounting applications for small to medium sized businesses. THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING PACKAGE AND NOT A TOY!!
The accounting package is a complete user definable general ledger with accounts payable and accounts receivable fully and seamlessly integrated. The package include multi-user data entry and produces a wide variety of standard accounting reports such as p&L and balance sheets. The package prints invoices, checks, and deposit slips on demand and can handle large customer bases and high volumes of transactions with light speed response. This is a UNIX SERVER BASED APPLICATION and not a simple client only application. This application works well with either dumb terminals or networked pc's as work stations. The application lends itself well to WAN applications where multiple branch businesses need to work in a common accounting environment.
All accounting software is written in 100% ANSI "C" and is provided in both binary and optional source code format. All software is sold on a single business entity license basis without any warranty of fitness whatsoever.
